The Northfield Tennis Association is excited to welcome players back to the courts! There is upcoming work that will be done on the Middle School courts so all scheduled classes will be held at the Northfield High School Courts.
Players are strongly encouraged to review the COVID-19 Organized Sports Practice and Games Guidance for Youth and Adults from the Minnesota Department of Health prior to play. Thank you to all players of all ages for adhering to the public health safety guidelines that are posted at the tennis courts. Your cooperation will help ensure the continued use of the facilities throughout the spring and summer.
*Please note: All coaches, staff and participants in classes will be required to wear a face mask.
The Northfield Tennis Association (NTA) is dedicated to the USTA’s mission “to promote and develop the growth of tennis.” We are a Minnesota Nonprofit Corporation founded in the fall of 2006. The purposes for which the NTA was organized are:
- to promote the playing of tennis by juniors and adults
- to develop public educational tennis programs
- to conduct competitive and recreational public tennis events
- to promote the availability of year-round public tennis courts
Participation in any educational tennis programs, competitive and recreational tennis events and other activities sponsored by the NTA is open to all.
Look for information on NTA meetings as community events and activities resume.
