Spring is here and the Northfield Tennis Association is excited to welcome players back to the courts!

Updated 5/1/2022:
In an effort to help keep our community healthy, participants are strongly encouraged to review guidance from the American Medical Society for Sports Medicine, as encouraged by the Minnesota Department of Health, prior to play. Thank you for your cooperation!

For additional information on playing tennis safely, please visit www.USTA.com for their player tips and recommendations.

The Northfield Tennis Association (NTA) is dedicated to the USTA’s mission “to promote and develop the growth of tennis.”  We are a Minnesota Nonprofit Corporation founded in the fall of 2006. The purposes for which the NTA was organized are:

  • to promote the playing of tennis by juniors and adults
  • to develop public educational tennis programs
  • to conduct competitive and recreational public tennis events
  • to promote the availability of year-round public tennis courts

Participation in any educational tennis programs, competitive and recreational tennis events and other activities sponsored by the NTA is open to all.

Look for information on NTA meetings as community events and activities resume.
